All international student applications and payments for Central TAFE courses have to be made through Education Training International (ETI), the international arm of the Western Australian Government's Department of Education and Training.

The ESOS Act and National Code 2007 promotes quality education and consumer protection for overseas students.

- Sets out clear roles and responsibilities for Central TAFE and other registered training organisations teaching overseas students.
The National Code of Practice requires Central TAFE to systematically monitor your course progress and will notify and counsel students who are at risk of failing to meet course requirements. Central TAFE is required to report students, under section 19 of the ESOS Act (if they breach course progress requirements).
